Sundstrom, Arby John Born September 11, 1918 in Eden, South Dakota to Azora and Carl Sundstrom, died March 31, 2008 at the age of 89. Arby is preceded in death by his parents, Azora and Carl, his half- sister, Eva (Ray) Evjen and his half-brother, Hugo Sundstrom. He is survived by his wife, Jean Sundstrom; four children, Dennis (Barbara) Sundstrom, Kathleen (Ed) Webb, Marlene (Brian) Peterson and Warren (Patricia) Sundstrom; three stepsons, David (Anna) Osborn, Larry (Cheryl) Osborn and Kenneth (Bea) Osborn; many grandchildren; great- grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren. Also surviving him is his sister, Edna Gronau and half-brother, Kenneth Stomberg, many nieces and nephews and a host of special friends. Funeral Service will be 7 p.m. on Monday, April 7, 2008 at the Kolden Funeral Home Chapel in Belle Plaine. Visitation will be Monday from 3-7 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home prior to the service. Interment will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN. Memorials preferred to St. Francis Hospital Foundation in Shakopee or the Lutheran Home Association in Belle Plaine, MN.
